A) Non-refundable prepaid reservations: the prepayment can NEVER be refunded, even in case of cancellation or no show.
B) Standard reservations for the apartments Ausonia, Tuscia, Etruria and Enotria.
This rate can be cancellable without penalty up to 14 days before check-in.
A deposit of the 40% is required.
C) Standard reservations for Irpinia apartment, Villa I Mandorli and Magione dei Templari.
This rate can be cancellable without penalty up to 28 days before check-in.
A deposit of the 40% is required.
1) For standard bookings by credit card (IMMEDIATE CONFIRMATION):
at the time of booking a pre-authorisation will be made on the card provided.
A) Standard reservations for the apartments Ausonia, Tuscia, Etruria and Enotria.
In case of cancellation made by the customer during the period between the 14th day and the day of arrival, or in case of no show, the customer will have to pay the 100% of the total price.
B) Standard reservations for Irpinia apartment, Villa I Mandorli and Magione dei Templari.
In case of cancellation made by the customer during the period between the 28th day and the day of arrival, or in case of no show, the customer will have to pay the 100% of the total price.
2) Standard bookings by bank transfer: the reservation will not be confirmed until the bank transfer has been received and it will be kept for a maximum of 2 days from today's date. If the deposit is not received within this period, the reservation will be cancelled.
C) Partially refundable reservations: the 30% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged and it's NOT REFUNDABLE.
It can be cancelled with partial refund up to 30 days before check-in, in case of cancellation made during the period between the 30th day and the day of arrival, or in case of no show, the client will have to pay the following penalties:
- Cancellation up to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total price;
- Cancellation from 14 days before arrival: 100% of the total price.
